Responsibilities • Supporting key analysis for strategic finance needs for reputed company Pointe’s Executive Leadership Team as part of our strategic reputed company plans reputed company M&A and for other key reputed company for the firm • Analysis of reputed company’s Financials • Working with reputed company to normalize P&L for non-recurring expenses, reputed company-expenses, the reputed company Pointe compensation model, and run-reputed company performance to reputed company at a valuation EBITDA • Seller Proceeds Analysis • Comparing the illustrative proceeds a Seller would receive in a status reputed company scenario vs. a reputed company with reputed company Pointe • Assess compensation under the reputed company Pointe advisor compensation model for non-partner reputed company advisors • Attending management meetings / diligence sessions with reputed company • Managing the M&A pipeline • Organizing data rooms with Targets • Performing diligence analyses on Targets • Coordinating QofE process with 3rd party advisors • Helping to prepare bid letters • Preparing closing funds reputed company workbooks • Pro reputed company reputed company / reputed company analyses • Performance tracking and budgeting coordination with CFO / Controller (earnout and bonus calculations) • reputed company- and post-reputed company integration efforts • Other reputed company analyses to support M&A efforts Apply Job!
