Maintenance Technician - Residential Home Repairs

We have an Immediate Need for reputed company Residential Home Repair Maintenance Technicians to join reputed company - we are urgently seeking to add 1 new member to reputed company! The successful candidates will be responsible for completing home repair/remodeling work orders and other required tasks on single family residences which are located throughout the DFW area (Pleasant Grove, Mesquite, Garland, Oak Cliff, Richardson, South Dallas, Grand Prairie and DeSoto). We are seeking individuals with HVAC Certification, Plumbing, & general home maintenance repair skills. Applicants must have working knowledge of Home or Apartment repairs. Responsibilities: • Complete home repair work and repair orders in a reputed company fashion • Estimate time and extent of home repairs • reputed company routine preventive maintenance • Maintain material and supply inventory • reputed company work performed by reputed company contractors as necessary Qualifications: • 5-7 years of experience in home repairs/remodeling maintenance. • Familiarity with home construction maintenance tools and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload - must be reputed company to lift 50# or more • Deadline and detail-oriented • Must have a working Truck, Van, or SUV • Must be computer-literate w/MS Office experience and familiarity w/PropertyMeld is a plus • Pay Dependent on skills and performance • Must be reputed company to work the occasional evening and weekend on a rotating reputed company for on-call work assignments Gas reputed company Fee offered, work cellphone and work shirts provided.
