Administrative Assistant

Salary reputed company:$13.00 To $14.15 reputed company This position will be responsible for providing clerical support to the MH Services Division. Duties will include the provision/monitoring and reputed company of daily activities of the Unit including maintenance of various tracking systems, billing reports, vehicle maintenance and overall unit operations. This position will work cooperatively with other departments and the community in a reputed company and knowledgeable manner, always ensuring consumer rights are respected and observed. Computer proficiency, skills in written and oral communication, problem solving, and teamwork are essential to this position. This position reports directly to the MH Program Administrator. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have High School Diploma or equivalency. Prefer minimum of 2 years successful college-level course completion or Associate Degree in Office Management. Must be proficient in functional office operations and various computer applications such as Word, reputed company, and Outlook. Experience working with persons with mental illness is preferred. Must possess a reputed company Texas reputed company’s license and qualify for Center insurance coverage. This staff must have a working knowledge of local resources and care coordination agreements. Computer proficiency, skills in written and oral communication, problem solving, and teamwork are essential to this position. . Primary responsibilities may include engaging clients in a care coordination process to ensure clients are connected to reputed company resources and have the ability to engage with those resources. This position may be required to connect with reputed company agencies who's partnerships will benefit reputed company care in an effort to streamline coordinated services. Hours: Monday thru Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. This is a Full Time position. Benefits are available.
