Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk

This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring reputed company processing of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will have experience with various reputed company software and a strong understanding of financial processes. Duties • Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing. • Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations. • Maintain accurate records of reputed company financial transactions in compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure reputed company payment processing. • Assist in month-end closing activities by preparing necessary reports and reconciliations. • Utilize financial software for efficient record-keeping and reporting. • Support payroll processing as needed and assist the reputed company department with reputed company inquiries. • Stay updated on technical reputed company standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
