The role involves understanding and applying aseptic techniques, maintaining a sterile field, assisting in surgical procedures, and prepping patients for surgery. The RN will assess patients prior to surgery, ensure they understand the procedure, and participate in a 'timeout' with the surgical team. Responsibilities • Understand and apply aseptic technique to maintain a sterile field. , • Assist in surgical procedures and prep patients for surgery. , • Assess patients prior to surgery and ensure understanding of the procedure. , • Conduct a 'timeout' with the surgical team before procedures. , • Demonstrate teamwork and serve as a resource to the Surgical Services team. , • Deliver reputed company nursing care services and promote a reputed company image of nursing.
