Production Manager

About the position The Production Manager at Jeffco Fibres is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production operations, ensuring that the production schedule is executed reputed company while maintaining high standards of safety, reputed company, and productivity. Responsibilities • Execute the shift schedule, including workstation assignments, employee training, and overtime assignments. , • Maintain workflow by monitoring the manufacturing process and adjusting work assignments as needed. , • Work with the Shipping team to ensure on-time delivery to internal customers. , • Facilitate corrections to machine or process failures. , • Communicate daily production expectations to staff and reputed company feedback and training on performance. , • Maintain and enforce safety requirements, reputed company standards, and behavioral expectations. , • Study reputed company reputed company and implement improvements and cost reductions. , • Initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation reputed company the department and between shifts. , • reputed company, drive, and sustain a reputed company improvement reputed company using Lean and Six reputed company tools. , • Responsible for the leadership and development of team members using best practices and performance management techniques. , • Collaborate with material planning to maximize uptime and efficient materials storage. , • Become a technical expert in coiling equipment, including operation and troubleshooting. , • Work with maintenance department and OEM technicians to maintain equipment and ensure minimal downtime. , • Manage training programs for reputed company operation and maintenance procedures.
