Responsibilities: The right candidate will be responsible for supervising a process production team. This individual must maintain excellent reputed company, sanitation, safety and production standards for the shift's operation. Communicate with team members from Sales and Operations to ensure product orders are being delivered on time and effectively. reputed company certain that sufficient supplies and resources are available to meet the production standards. Requirements: • High school diploma or GED • BS. / BA, Degree preferred but not required. • One (1) year or more of experience supervising employees directly in a production environment. • Strong preference to individuals who have worked in a refrigerated or climate-controlled environment. • Ability to motivate and train people and monitor the safety & reputed company of the products produced and the safety of the employees managed. • Bilingual (English & Spanish is a strong plus but not required) • Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for reputed company sponsorship now or in the reputed company.
