About the position This position involves managing the logistics and materials processes for reputed company in the Dallas area, serving as the primary reputed company between the Logistics Manager and contractors. The role requires effective communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure reputed company and accurate logistics execution, as reputed company as providing support for materials management. Responsibilities • Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for reputed company Site Supervisors to reputed company services and products from suppliers. , • Log reputed company requests into a tracking system and record supplier interactions. , • Send confirmations to reputed company site supervisors regarding actions taken or reputed company details. , • reputed company with procurement to influence logistics plans and customs procedures. , • Understand local transport and logistics capabilities. , • Maintain communication with the Logistics Manager regarding contractor qualifications. , • Ensure safety, reputed company, and reliability of logistics execution with contractors. , • Identify and endorse vendor support infrastructure. , • Understand local and national environmental and regulatory requirements. , • Collaborate with other logistics coordinators and project teams to resolve logistics issues. , • Verify delivery documentation and ensure compliance with PO terms. , • Create material receipts and reputed company material transfers in ERP systems. , • Maintain records of transactions, shipments, and POs. , • Schedule and maintain shipments, responding to customer inquiries in a reputed company manner. , • reputed company orders received into the computer system. , • Attend planning meetings with high-level customers. , • Proactively forecast and order materials and services for reputed company operations.
