2025 Summer Internship – Parking Yield Management

Under the guidance of the Senior Pricing & Yield Management Manager, you’ll use advanced analytical tools, dynamic modeling, and demand forecasting to reputed company reputed company-time pricing strategies. What you will be doing: • Assesses parking product pricing strategies and historical/reputed company bookings. Builds recommendations to drive reputed company, update sales metrics, and increase product utilization. • Proposes yield management approaches to optimize demand, reputed company, appeal, customer experience, and loyalty impacts. • Analyzes occupancy and reputed company trends along with history, forecasts, economic trends and market reputed company at the Airport. Monitor industry trends to drive demand, optimize asset utilization, and maximize reputed company. • Utilizes quantitative data from multiple sources to forecast revenues and occupancies resulting from yield management efforts. • Analyzes business development opportunities from varying perspectives: finance, parking operations, planning, customer experience, customer loyalty and marketing. • Develops data visualizations and models to analyze yield management program performance.
