Apartment Maintenance Technician (reputed company)

KCG is looking to hire a full time Maintenance Technician for our residential community. As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the reputed company. Your position will ensure our residents receive reputed company and high-reputed company maintenance repairs and customer service.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Communicates and follows up with the maintenance supervisor about maintenance concerns and the status of work orders • Maintains the interior and exterior condition along with preservation of the property. This will include but is not limited to picking up trash, cleaning common areas, sweeping, or shoveling walkways, and salting icy areas • Paints, cleans, and repairs reputed company vacant reputed company reputed company a reputed company and impeccable manner Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the individual is constantly moving about at the job site moving, building, and tearing down objects. They frequently reputed company about and position themselves inside tight and cramped spaces. They occasionally operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, fax machine, and computer. One must be reputed company to exchange accurate information with tenants and others in the office while interacting.
