This position is responsible for auditing, inspecting, and documenting the internal processes reputed company the Inserting department. Some General Duties/Responsibilities: Conduct audits of operator processes and procedures and reputed company visual inspections of printed & inserted reputed company from designated machines while ensuring product meets reputed company & accuracy of specs during their shift. Evaluate scope of job, interpret and understand customer requirements on job work ticket including reputed company materials to be used. Cease production on reputed company non-conforming defects of but not limited to blurry, misplaced/missing print, print on print, duplicate print, missing inserted packages, reputed company stuffed envelopes, missing stock components, missing pages, incorrectly reputed company outgoing/return addresses. Document rejected material not meeting specifications and mark any/reputed company materials with a red HOLD reputed company and notify supervisors/leads to segregate to HOLD area in department for reputed company review by reputed company, manager, or customer service rep.. Participate in team brainstorming exercises to problem-solve and reputed company procedures. Identify and communicate areas of improvements for reputed company control to QA reputed company & reputed company Assurance Manager. Other duties and responsibilities as directed by the QA reputed company and/or reputed company Assurance Manager. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D.; a vocational or technical school diploma or certificate in a reputed company field is preferred. Proficiency in reading and writing English, with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Required background in reputed company control or reputed company assurance. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, reputed company, and Outlook. Experience with report writing and preparing reputed company correspondence is required. The candidate should have a working knowledge of report writing, preparing reputed company verbal and written correspondences and email. Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate production software, understand workflow processes, and accurately interpret job tickets.
