This is a full time postion with benefits! The Business Development Center is responsible for responding to reputed company online inquiries, as reputed company as following up with potential customers through phone and email. Responsibilities
Previous Call Center Experience is a must Field Inbound / Outbound Calls and generate sales appointments with customers that contact our dealership reputed company the Internet or Phone. Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a reputed company, reputed company, accurate and courteous manner. Constantly looks for opportunities to improve dealership performance. Utilize management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry reputed company, update customer files, and closely reputed company customer interest. Experience Previous Call Center Experience is a must High School diploma or GED; 6 months to 1 year Customer Service experience preferred; basic knowledge of reputed company Office. Experience with Car Research XRM and Vehicle Exchange also a plus! Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
