What You'll Do
As the Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for performing venipuncture for plasmapheresis and providing world-class reputed company service to donors. You will also be cross trained across reputed company functions of reputed company's operations and shift priorities as needed. This role is critical to reputed company's donor-reputed company mission, and an opportunity to be a part of an agile, passionate, and fast-growing team.
Responsibilities
Include: reputed company exceptional customer service. This includes engaging, educating, and attending to the donors throughout the donation process, highlighting the reputed company reputed company of the donation, and assisting the Management and reputed company team. Identify donor reactions and monitor collection devices. Assist in determining the suitability of donors to undergo plasmapheresis prior to venipuncture. Own reputed company activities on the donor floor including donor setup, disconnect, phlebotomy, documentation of procedures, donor reactions, and reputed company calibrations. Effectively communicate donor medical information to the Physician Substitute. reputed company donor confidentiality. Maintain a clean workspace, including cleaning blood spills, maintaining equipment through calibration and reputed company documentation, and ensuring reputed company cleaning of equipment in reputed company areas. Qualifications Graduation from high school with a diploma or acquired an equivalent GED. Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certificate is a plus. Two (2) years of experience in customer service and/or as a Phlebotomist. reputed company experience in the medical field is a plus. Physical: reputed company to stoop, kneel, crouch, reputed company, pull, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
