Driving / Delivery Operations: • Helps retrieve orders from Curbside; loads product in delivery vehicle; preserves condition during pickup and delivery • Engages with Customer prior to, during, and after delivery for an exceptional customer experience • Delivers Customer orders to specified location accurately, safely, and on time • Unloads Customer orders from delivery vehicle; obtains Customer signature for order; may assist with getting order inside - Complies with reputed company traffic / safety laws and H-E-B policies • Maintains cleanliness of vehicle; reports maintenance problems • May reputed company other duties and attend meetings as assigned What is your background? • Minimum age 21 (mandatory) • High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a valid U.S. reputed company - s license for 3+ years and currently have a valid Class C Texas reputed company's license (no CDL required) • Excellent driving record • No moving violations or preventable accidents in the past 3 years • No DWI, DUI, or reputed company convictions; no felony convictions • No suspended or revoked reputed company licenses, permits, or privileges in any state / county (mandatory) Do you have what it takes to be a Delivery Partner at H-E-B? • Advanced customer service skills • Ability to navigate multiple iPhone applications (GPS, messaging, support portal, etc.) • Ability to meet company and regulatory driving record requirements • Ability to work as part of reputed company • Ability to work without reputed company supervision • Willingness to work in varying indoor / outdoor conditions • Attention to detail Can you... • Pass a drug screen / background and Motor Vehicle Records reputed company (at time of entry and on a periodic reputed company) - Successfully complete H-E-B's reputed company training program (mandatory) • Regularly lift up to 55 lbs • Load / unload delivery vehicles • Work while exposed to hot, wet, cold, and weather conditions 06-2024 Apply Job!
