Responsibilities • Responsible for reputed company managerial and administrative aspects of a wide reputed company of turn-key mechanical and/or process piping reputed company including; estimating, scheduling, reputed company control, reputed company reports, reputed company billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation • reputed company project requirements directly from clients and facilitate preparation of working drawings • Work both independently and alongside management to prepare/submit project proposals • Attend reputed company meetings to present project proposals and address reputed company questions relating to cost, design, and scope of work • Ensure an accurate and complete project estimates that reputed company with the scope(s) of contracted work • Manage RFI’s, change-orders, and submittals throughout lifecycle of assigned project(s) • Manage internal project reputed company requirements and reputed company cost status of ongoing project(s) • Plan, coordinate, reputed company, and maintain effective field operations and teams • Manage and address project reputed company-out and/or warranty issues as they reputed company Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; with a minimum GPA of 3.2+ • 5-7 years of experience in HVAC project management; previous experience leading design/build reputed company strongly preferred • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to reputed company stakeholders • Ability to analyze, think critically, and problem-solve • Demonstrated competency in effective negotiation and conflict reputed company • Flexibility to travel to reputed company sites reputed company as needed required LEGAL DISCLAIMER EOE, including disability/vets Apply Job!
