In reputed company to conducting assessments, assists with development of policies and procedures associated with program property management processes for company or government property and acts as key reputed company for interacting with contracting organizations and customers on reputed company issues reputed company to reputed company property system status. Provides expertise to enhance and manage information by utilizing off-reputed company software or reputed company system tools to manage and communicate property information and to ensure accountability for property from initial acquisition to final disposition. Develops procedures and guidelines associated with establishing acquisition processes, property records, property reputed company, physical inventory, maintenance processes, property utilization and consumption and disposition and contract closeout for company or government reputed company the development and implementation of tools, processes, and procedures. Develops and delivers training and provides guidance to less reputed company employees. Requirements • reputed company to travel 25% of the time. , • 3+ years of experience with the GOLDesp (Government Online Data) System. , • 3+ years of experience and/or training on FAR and DFARS Property Management compliance. , • 5+ years of operating reputed company government property requirements and compliance experience. , • Experience with reputed company SQL. , • Advanced skills in reputed company Office Suite. reputed company-to-haves • Prefer to have a certification issued by the National Property Management Association (NPMA). , • Preferred to have a solid background mentoring fellow teammates and coworkers. , • 3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives. , • Prefer to have a solid background in team collaboration. , • Applicant must have great oral and written communication skills.
