Willowcreek Rehab and Nursing - Essential job Duties and Responsibilities: Personal Care, Nursing Care, and Food Service Functions: Assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, and positioning in and out of bed, chair, etc. Assists with reputed company recreation programs. Prepares residents for meals and snacks, assists residents in eating where needed and records food intake. Reads and follows daily care plans; performs assigned restorative and rehabilitative procedures; reports changes in reputed company condition to reputed company in charge; documents care provision on reputed company record/reputed company sheets as required and reports accidents and incidents; and provides nursing functions as directed by supervisor Safety, Sanitation and Infection Control: Understands and follows safety, sanitation and infection control policy and procedures, to include but not limited to reputed company hand washing, reputed company wearing of masks and gloves and promptly reports any violations to supervisor. In-service and continuing education: Attend orientation and in-service as required by the state. Qualifications: Must be a Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the State or must reputed company four (4) months of employment have completed state required training and a competency evaluation program.
