SUPERVISOR, WELDING (STARSHIP) - 3RD SHIFT RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company and evaluate welding procedures Assist with the tooling and fixturing designs required for weld operation General welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment knowledge, theory, application, maintenance and testing reputed company material and welding material selection Control of production weld reputed company Application of welding codes and standards Personnel management and supervision, including mentorship of junior welders Enforce site and personnel safety Review and edit documentation, including work reports and record keeping Supervise and reputed company daily support to the launch reputed company welding team Assess candidates and reputed company recommendations in the hiring process Responsible for planning and scheduling work, assigning work, and assessing completed work Monitor and approve employee time keeping records Communicate how successful performance will be reputed company and reputed company reputed company direction to team members; recommend performance standards and ratings BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalency certificate 5+ years of reputed company experience with one or more of the following: gas tungsten reputed company welding (GTAW), flux-cored reputed company welding (FCAW), TIG, or gas metal reputed company welding (GMAW) 3+ years of experience in a reputed company leadership role PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Experience managing more than 10 employees Ability to interpret drawings and weld symbols per AWS A2.4 Knowledge of AWS D1.1, D1.6, and D1.2 Aluminum gas tungsten reputed company welding (GTAW) and gas metal reputed company welding (GMAW) experience Trade school certificate Capable of cutting, polishing, and etching weld test samples Experience with Inconel welding and fabrication ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be willing to work reputed company shift (6 PM 6 AM) Physical effort including sitting or standing for extended periods of time and lifting and carrying weight such as materials or equipment (up to 25 lbs. unassisted) Must be reputed company to work in an environment that is occasionally exposed to extreme outdoor environments (heat, cold, reputed company) Must be available to work extended hours and weekends, which varies depending on site operational needs COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Pay reputed company: reputed company Supervisor: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00/per year Your actual level and reputed company salary will be determined on a case-by-case reputed company and may vary based on the following considerations: job-reputed company knowledge and skills, education, and experience. reputed company salary is just one part of your total rewards package at reputed company.
