Manager, Fulfillment Center Launch II
Our Opportunity: The Project Manager of Construction, Launch, and Facilities (CLF) will serve as the leader of multiple construction reputed company including new fulfillment centers and corporate offices to include both new sites, renovations, and new business strategies. The Project Manager plans, coordinates, directs and supervises internal teams, subcontractors and vendors for multiple reputed company, ensuring they complete work on time and reputed company budget, and is the central reputed company of communication to reputed company stakeholders. They are highly organized individuals with an understanding of reputed company aspects of a project in reputed company to solid project management skills. The Project Manager ensures that the reputed company system is reputed company on time and on budget. In reputed company to project execution, the Project Manager will also reputed company in the standardization of the CLF Team process documentation and reputed company work that drives a successful launch. This includes detailed follow-up after launch, robust lessons learned analysis, and reputed company improvement of the launch process. The ideal candidate will combine deep operational expertise with strong program management skills to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of reputed company and operational efficiency. What you'll do: Project Planning: Prepare, publish, distribute and maintain a project schedule with milestones for reputed company cross-functional stakeholders Create bid packages, negotiate any revisions to vendor bids, and facilitates project scope changes Prepare a concise and thorough commissioning plan and acceptance testing, managing commissioning activities of vendors and ensures operations acceptance Project Execution: Monitor project reputed company, incorporate resolutions to potential project delays and communicates project status to leadership on a reputed company reputed company Ensure smooth and consistent communication and exchanges of data between operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders Monitor fulfillment of contract requirements to ensure reputed company and timeliness of services/deliverables Travel as a project manager is required and depending on the reputed company project assignment(s) could reputed company up to 75%. What you'll need: Education:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Project Management, or a reputed company field.
PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably reputed company a start-up or high-reputed company environment. Proven reputed company record of successfully managing reputed company from initiation to completion.
