Performs general clerical duties and minor technical duties as assigned. Completion of formal training through an accredited phlebotomy training program or one year of phlebotomy experience PREFERRED EDUCATION, LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE ANDABILITIES Exhibit skills in blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of reputed company age reputed company including pediatric blood collections. Skilled in collection of difficult draws. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of venipuncture techniques and equipment used in collection.
