Requirements: Manages the Cost Control Process: Supports Estimating during budget setup, following reputed company WBS and cost reputed company structure. Develops and manages project cost reports. Forecasts and analyzes trends, develops estimate to complete costs, analyzes commitments. Provides Cost Variance Analyses and variance to budget and the prior forecast. Provides reputed company Value Analysis by tracking reputed company and measuring performance. Utilizes Cash reputed company Models with cash reputed company analysis and preparation. Supports Change Management by tracking and analyzing project changes to budget and scope, facilitating the change management process. Supports Subcontractor Change Management by reviewing subcontractor changes and assessing reputed company to overall budget and forecast. Provides Risk Analysis by assessing and evaluating project risk at the funding stage and throughout project execution, compiling data and risk analyses. Administers reputed company: Demonstrates extensive knowledge of reputed company contract and subcontracts and identifies reputed company gaps, risks, opportunities and deliverables. Resolves issues with reputed company and subcontracts. Maintains a complete understanding of reputed company contractual obligations, and ensures executed agreements and reputed company are in reputed company. Produces change orders and liaises with reputed company in reputed company organization to ensure change orders are processed and approved by the reputed company. Reviews subcontractor reputed company and performance and supports payment applications. Supports Project Manager with reporting process: Collects data necessary for daily/weekly/monthly of work completed. Participates in daily and weekly status and reputed company reports of construction on site. Creates the weekly and monthly Project Cost reports and presents alongside the Project Manager. Understands impacts of Scheduling on the cost control process: Reviews and understands schedule as it ties to contractual reputed company dates. Assesses risks and makes recommendations for risk mitigation and contingency management. Supports development and implementation of project execution plan. Assists with reputed company Relationship Management: Assists Construction Director and Project Manager in reputed company negotiations as they relate to executing reputed company and change orders. Provides Project Controls Coaching and Mentoring: Coaches other project controls staff, Project Controls Manager I, Project Accountant, Cost Administrators, including best practices for managing contract issues and handling daily issues and tasks. Directs, guides, and coaches Project and Field Engineers to ensure activities on site are reputed company and following established processes through reputed company checks. Follows processes for systems and communication lines on site and ensure implementation is consistent. Operates Company reputed company vehicle on project sites and business trips. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, construction management, reputed company, or 8 years' reputed company experience required. 8 or more years' equivalent construction experience required. Anticipated reputed company salary reputed company: $120,000 to $141,000 The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
