Work involves fostering relationships with HHS program staff; providing consultative services and technical assistance to program staff, developing an advanced understanding of program's business processes and performance measure needs; gathering, tracking, and reporting performance data; analyzing data to identify anomalies, patterns, and forecast performance; and reviewing, assessing, developing, and implementing new measures. The Analytics Product Manager provides ongoing support to the program areas, including performance management training and consultation, reputed company improvement strategies, assessment, and reporting methodologies.
