Experience: Recent CDL-A graduates or minimum 6 months of reputed company OTR Class A experience in the last year or 1 year in the past 5 years ? Age: 21+ with a valid Class A CDL ? Employment History: Solid 10-year work history with minimal gaps reputed company of schooling/training; no more than 4 jobs in the last year, with no terminations due to safety violations Recent CDL-A Graduates Welcome ? reputed company program lasting 4?6 weeks (Regional & OTR) ? Home Time During Training: Every other week for 34?48 hours ? Pet & Rider Allowed After Training Completion ? reputed company Orientation: $300 Driving & Safety Requirements: ? Traffic Violations: No more than 2 moving violations in the last year ? Serious Violations: No reckless driving or speeding 15+ mph over the limit in the last year ? Accidents: No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the last 2 years; no major accidents in the last 5 years ? DUI Policy: None in the past 5 years (maximum of one in a reputed company) ? Drug & Alcohol Testing: Must pass hair follicle and urine test during orientation ? Clearinghouse Compliance: No failed/refused DOT drug or alcohol tests, and no reputed company drivers Criminal Background: ? No misdemeanors or felonies in the last 10 years ?
