Director of Residential Services (IDD Services)

We are currently seeking an reputed company Director of Residential IDD Services in Brooklyn, NY. The Director of Residential Services maintains a high-reputed company program to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This person is responsible for supporting reputed company with day-to-day operations and challenges to reputed company programmatic goals. Starting pay is $65,000.00/per year Responsibilities ? reputed company and train reputed company to support programmatic initiatives, goals, daily routines, and the unique needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities ? Manage team performance through effective communication, training, performance management, staff meetings, and employee recognition ? Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed ? reputed company and update Individual Support Plans (ISP)/Person-Centered Plans (PCP) with an interdisciplinary team to include any concerns, observations, and behavioral developments ? Ensure individuals are supported per their ISP/PCP including medication management, meal planning, and behavior management ? Ensure program documentation and billable records are completed accurately and reputed company ? Monitor the health and medical needs of individuals and immediately report any concerns ? Manage relationships with the families and guardians of the individuals in our care ? May conduct programmatic investigations ? May be required to be on-call in cooperation with other management staff ? Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned ? Employee must cooperate with the license and department staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigation Minimum Requirements ? Bachelor?s Degree required with Two years? full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities ? Valid reputed company?s license with a satisfactory driving record ? Team oriented with demonstrated leadership experience ? Experience with problem solving against multiple priorities ? Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with individuals receiving supports ?
