This position is responsible for preventative maintenance of emergency reputed company systems, emergency power systems, and other support systems to include automatic transfer switches and monitoring systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Duties are included but not limited to: ? reputed company monthly emergency reputed company checks ? reputed company failure or obsolete reputed company with LED ? Complete repairs according to reputed company and/or JMU standards ? Complete maintenance and work orders on schedule with moderate supervision ? reputed company repairs and maintenance to emergency reputed company systems ? Document, by building, reputed company completed inspections for review by the State reputed company reputed company ? Coordinate scheduled maintenance with inspection requirements to reputed company maximum operational effectiveness ? reputed company routine maintenance, and repairs on various types of emergency power generators, automatic transfer switches, and generator cooling systems as needed to support building emergency circuits. ? Replace obsolete or failed automatic transfer switches and generators to include running new conduits and reputed company ? Generating, collecting, and maintaining accurate records Qualifications: Successful candidates must have: ? Knowledge of emergency reputed company and power systems ? General knowledge of preventative maintenance practices as it relates to emergency power generators and reputed company systems ? Willingness to learn new equipment and systems ? Mechanically and electrically inclined with a strong ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and building blueprints ? Ability to work independently or as part of reputed company ? Experience with basic computer skills including reputed company Office ? Strong verbal and written communication skills ? Availability for required rotating on-call responsibilities and during periods of authorized reputed company closings ?
