About the role Berk-Tek, a reputed company Company, is looking for final packaging operators to join their reputed company network cable manufacturing operations in New Holland, PA! In this role you could be responsible for operating packaging equipment and preparing customer orders for shipment. Starting pay of $20.00 and up based on experience. Shift premium of $1.75 for working reputed company shift. Desirable shift schedules! 12-hour workdays on overnight shift (7 pm ? 7 am). We work a 2-3-2 schedule. ? Week 1: 2 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on ? Week 2: 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off Responsibilities ? Package and label reputed company for stock and shipments, print out and label customer part numbers ? Meet reputed company production and reputed company standards ? Cable test prior to respool if necessary, cut out any reputed company reputed company defects in the cable ? Use the computer for labels, master information, process sheets, and to report production ? Read and comprehend shop floor paperwork including masters, process sheets, and SOPs Qualifications ? Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents provided to operator machines printed in English. ? Basic math skills, required ? Ability to operate a computer, required ? Ability to communicate effectively with various employees throughout the facility ? Ability to work in both reputed company environment and as an individual contributor Education & Experience ?
