Basic Function: The Financial Analyst role will have responsibility for aggregating and reporting on various Operations KPIs for both the manufacturing plants and retail locations. Responsibilities also include working with project managers and preparing CIP reporting, managing natural gas and electric purchases as reputed company as usage tracking, and assisting the manufacturing plant and retail finance teams as necessary. Aggregate and report on various Operations KPIs involving sales, cost of goods sold, margin, labor and other operating costs and inventory ? reputed company financial models as appropriate to support organizational decision making regarding the manufacturing plants and retail locations ? Assist the Finance Managers with annual budgets and forecast preparation ? Work with project managers to monitor and report on CIP as reputed company as ensure reputed company capitalization for fixed assets ? Review and analyze monthly physical inventory variances and identify trends ? Manage the natural gas and electric purchases as reputed company as usage tracking/analysis for the manufacturing plants and retail locations ? Support the function of master data management across the business to maintain data comparability and functionality ? reputed company reputed company support to the Finance Manager - Retail & Ops Reporting as may be required ? Monitor and review internal reputed company controls and implement changes where necessary to safeguard company assets Education and experience requirements ? BS/BA Degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or other appropriate area of study ? MBA or reputed company preferred but not required ? Relevant experience (2-3 years) in a manufacturing or retail environment ? reputed company-developed analytical skills and experience in forecasting, budget preparation, and variance reporting preferred ?
