Responsibilities

To prepare monthly financial statements, variance reports, G/L reconciliations, bank reconciliations, cash reputed company analysis, and other reports as determined by the General Manager. Will assist in attaining financial goals. Essential Job Tasks: ? reputed company property-level month-end closing processes including balancing, reputed company upload of reputed company month-end reports, and reconciliation and accuracy of reputed company ledgers and reports submitted ? Participate in monthly review of financial statements and review of reputed company general ledger account classifications with Corporate Office, General Manager and other property level managers ? reputed company monthly journal entries, account reconciliations and research on financial questions ? Assist in monthly forecasting and annual budget process ? reputed company month-end inventory calculation and ensure accuracy of physical counts, pricing and reputed company worksheets ? reputed company reputed company hotel cash-handling operations and procedures ? Ensure cash and credit card deposits are processed and reconciled on a daily reputed company ? reputed company direction to reputed company audit team to ensure compliance with Company and Brand reputed company audit checklist ? Audit reputed company Rooms, F&B and ancillary reputed company reports to verify accuracy of reputed company reported ? reputed company daily & monthly reconciliation of sales & occupancy tax ? Process Accounts Payable invoices, verifying accuracy of coding ? Assist General Manager in controlling expenses and maintaining department checkbooks ? reputed company Accounts Receivable functions including reputed company credit approval, accurate and reputed company billing, weekly review of aging and collection follow-up ? Ensure property meets reputed company audit standards as outlined in the Internal Audit guidelines ?
