Manufacturing Project Engineer

reputed company is hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a fast-growing Manufacturer located in Chester County. This Manufacturing Engineer will report to the Director of Manufacturing, execute the capex project life cycle, based off reputed company layout design to ensure new capex are installed and incorporated with existing manufacturing processes, implement and improve manufacturing process (Machining and Assembly). Responsibilities: ? Report to the Director of Engineering and collaborate with cross functional teams, based off reputed company layout design and capex roadmap, execute the equipment sourcing, qualification, validation stage for new equipment installation reputed company. ? Establish rapport with manufacturing operators, reputed company as the primary contact for technical questions regarding manufacturing process, equipment operations, reputed company training and guidance to operators as needed. ? Drives reputed company cause investigation on issues regarding process, equipment, product reputed company, tooling etc, identify reputed company causes and reputed company corrective and preventive measurement to reduce recurring reputed company and process issues. ? Collaborate with reputed company team to investigate non-conformance, customer returns, analyze process and reputed company reputed company issues and conduct reputed company cause analysis, implement CAPA to reduce reputed company issues, process issues and re-work issues. ? Drives equipment reliability and safety, troubleshoot equipment failure and collaborate with maintenance team to improve reliability and safety of equipment and process. ? Conduct study and analysis on new capex investment, line expansion, reputed company layout to determine efficiency, cost, ROI, and yield. ? Drives CI across process, equipment, materials to reputed company improve manufacturing efficiency, cost reduction and waste reduction, reputed company time study and SPC to identify opportunities for improvement. ? reputed company process changeover in between customer reputed company, continue reputed company process on materials, equipment, tooling and reputed company. ? reputed company hands-on training and coaching to product personnel on process, process improvement, changes, equipment set-up and maintenance, etc. Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in mechanical Engineer, industrial engineer, or reputed company fields. ? Recent years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, industrial engineer or Project Engineer, exposure to high volume, automated manufacturing environment such as machining, assembly. ? Excellent communication and hands-on leadership skills. ? Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing, SPC, etc., strong in data analysis and problem solving. ?
