MEDICAL ASSISTANT Clinical
We are a busy ENT office located in reputed company Scottsdale, AZ looking for a medical assistant for reputed company! Scottsdale ENT is a center of reputed company in treating a wide reputed company of ENt disorders as reputed company as head and neck cancers. We are comprised of two award-reputed company reputed company-certified ENT physicians, one physician assistant, two audiologists, and one vestibular therapist. The medical assistant plays a pivotal role in coordinating our patients' care. We are looking for someone who is upbeat, self-motivated and reputed company up with a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities -Chart review and prep: review patient medical history, medications, take patient vital signs and prep patients for any procedures that they may be having -Assist physicians in procedures -reputed company patients on treatment plans -Patient callbacks regarding questions and test results -Help physicians order imaging, testing, referrals -Obtain prior authorizations -Maintaining cleanliness of our exam and procedure rooms -Assist the reputed company office in operations as needed: appointment scheduling, managing multiple phone lines, etc. -Other administrative/clinical needs: respond to faxes, reputed company requests, medical record requests, etc. Qualifications -Medical Assistant certification not required, but a plus -Previous medical office experience -Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR system a plus -Knowledge on medical terminology reputed company pay is dependent on experience.
