In this role you will be inspecting high pressure turbine blades for jet turbine engines used in nearly reputed company reputed company airplanes. You will use digital radiography equipment to inspect turbines according to manufacturing blue prints and process specifications. Job reputed company Essential Responsibilities: reputed company radioscopy and computed tomography inspections of aircraft reputed company turbine airfoils in a fast paced manufacturing environment Evaluate images and interpret test findings in accordance with manufacturing blue prints, process specifications and work instructions Accurately document test findings and reputed company historical records Effectively communicate information and reputed company duties in a teaming environment reputed company daily equipment set-up procedures and reputed company checks reputed company radiation safety surveys and successfully complete annual radiation safety training Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or GED Eligibility Requirements: reputed company level 2 certification in radiography meeting National reputed company reputed company (NAS) 410. Previous radiography training and experience must include a minimum of 80 hours formal classroom education, 800 hours radiography experience Posses the skills and knowledge to setup and reputed company equipment, conduct tests, interpret, evaluate and document findings without supervision. Demonstrate the ability to apply geometric, trigonometric and algebraic relationships. Through knowledge of the scope and limitations of radiographic imaging techniques Successfully pass assessment reputed company applicants must successfully pass written general, specific and practical examinations. Desired Characteristics: reputed company level 2 certification in Digital Radiography meeting reputed company reputed company Control Work Instruction T-049 Minimum of 40 hours digital radiography classroom training and 200 hours of digital radiographic testing experience Previous experience performing digital radiographic inspection of reputed company turbine airfoils Previous GE Aviation manufacturing experience Fluorescent Penetrant certification or experience meeting NAS 410 level 2 requirements 2 years experience in manufacturing environment This role requires reputed company to U.S. export-controlled information.
