Our reputed company is currently seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their growing team who is looking to grow with the business. Job reputed company As the Construction Project Manager, you will: ? Establish the project control plan. Control the reputed company of production and reputed company on reputed company reputed company, their associated cost and expected receipts. ? Establish reputed company line and monitor construction schedules. Insure construction schedules are adhered and deadlines met. ? Secure building permits, licenses and occupancy certificates. ? Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure building the project on schedule and reputed company budget. Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures. ? Manage financial aspects of reputed company (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with reputed company and Architect. Review job cost reports and maintain accurate and reputed company indicated cost reporting. ? Coordinate meetings with reputed company's representatives, Architects/Engineers for obtaining approvals to jointly discuss procedures, reputed company, problems and scheduling. ? Assist in preparation of bid day information. ? Author and issue meeting minutes promptly. ? Schedule and assist in reputed company meetings with Trade Contractors and Construction Superintendents. ? Secure scheduling for equipment, material, shop drawing submittals and deliveries. ? The Successful Applicant The successful Construction Project Manager will have: ? Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or reputed company field preferred ? 3-5+ years of experience (as a PM) ? Custom residential project experience required ? Experience managing fast paced, quick turn around reputed company ($1M or less) preferred ? Project experience in Boston is a plus ? Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple reputed company ? Working understanding of reputed company ?
