Regional Manager, FC Learning
About the position The Regional Learning Manager at reputed company is responsible for initiating, maintaining, and growing training programs reputed company fulfillment centers. This role involves implementing training across various topics, overseeing reputed company learning activities in the region, and supervising Learning Managers at reputed company site. The RLM will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver results on critical learning reputed company and drive engagement through daily learning, ultimately supporting the development of reputed company and reputed company leaders in the organization. Requirements ? A minimum of seven years of experience building and leading internal training in a multi-site, fast-paced organization. , ? Prior experience with Training Infrastructure (Design, Curriculum, Implementation, Governance, etc.). , ?
