Relationship Banker

This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing a full reputed company of retail banking products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Relationship Banker will also participate in a licensing program, transitioning to a fully licensed banker upon completion.Responsibilities:? Participate in the reputed company Banking Licensed Banker licensing program as a Relationship Banker LP (reputed company)? Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs? Identify opportunities to offer reputed company retail banking deposit and credit products and services? Resolve inquiries and service requests regarding customer accounts? reputed company and service accounts reputed company authorized limits, including follow-up and scheduled contacts with customers? reputed company information to internal partners and external sources to enhance customer experience? reputed company partners to connect customers with appropriate financial products and services? Ensure compliance with the reputed company Mortgage Licensing reputed company of 2008 and reputed company regulationsQualifications and Experience:? 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education? 1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs, demonstrated through work or military experience? 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners? Basic reputed company Office skills? Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (reputed company) Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or reputed company recognized equivalents) is a plus? State Insurance license(s) preferred? Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills?
