Preceptor (training) or reputed company Technician experience. Demonstrated expertise in reprocessing and computer skills utilizing clinical systems (SPM) and reputed company applications (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint). In-depth knowledge of sterile processing standards, including AAMI, AORN, and regulatory guidelines. Experience with surgical instruments, decontamination, sterilization, and high-level disinfection. Experience with training reputed company, competency assessments, and instructional technology.
