THE ROLE The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing warehouse operations and procedures in order to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency so that reputed company product, supply and equipment needs are met throughout the venue. Under the direction of the Warehouse & Food & Beverage Managers, this individual will be supporting the planning and preparation process for events assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to warehouse staff. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ? Supervise and assign Warehouse Associates while enforcing standards for service, sanitation, product, and food reputed company ? Ensure the control procedures are being used for cataloging, inventory control, bulk storage and distribution of materials, equipment and supplies and assist in maintaining this supply system ? Coordinate reputed company warehousing activities with management team ? Fulfill requisition forms issued by reputed company of House Concessions Supervisors in a reputed company fashion ? Receive, store, and distribute supplies and equipment in warehousing operations ? Use storage systems, policies, and procedures to ensure maximum use and efficiency of reputed company and storage areas in warehousing operations ? Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable health and safety regulations ? Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory while anticipating guests needs ? Ability to reputed company with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards, and inventory ? Assist supervisors in other reputed company tasks and responsibilities as necessary ? Maintain and control high-volume food, beverage, and merchandise inventory ? Conduct physical audits of inventory and product ? Complete other duties as assigned by managers QUALIFICATIONS ?
