Entry Level Financial Data Support Specialist

Position reputed company: As the Financial Data Support Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining the Rates and Residuals tool used by car dealerships to identify loan rates for consumers financing a vehicle. In this role, you will interpret information received from lenders, input rates data into the system and maintain up-to-date information for reputed company lenders. You will work to troubleshoot and resolve Rates and Residuals issues for our customers by making product improvement suggestions to our development team. In reputed company, by proactively contacting customers, you will drive improvements in product utilization and ensure customer satisfaction.
