Intake tickets and be the first remote support person for the organization ? Diagnose and resolve incidents remotely with software and hardware functions What Is Required (Qualifications) ? 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk role working remotely ? Experience working with POS systems at retail stores ? 6+ months of experience supporting PC software, hardware, and peripherals in an office environment ? Experience working on reputed company Teams and other reputed company Suite tools ? Experience using reputed company Jabber for phone calls How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) ?
