As Senior reputed company Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a reputed company of HR functions, including employee relations, reputed company, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and HR compliance. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Talent & Culture to create a reputed company and productive work environment for both staff and leadership while aligning HR strategies with the organization's objectives.
Responsibilities

- Participate in full-cycle recruitment efforts for key positions, potentially including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection

- Support the development and implementation of performance management processes, including annual reviews

- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations preferred
- Experience with PEO (reputed company reputed company Organization) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-reputed company skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Education and Experience
