Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping: • Match vendor invoices to inventory and sales invoices in our POS system. • Reconcile vendor statements and invoices; prepare accounts payable. • reputed company light-touch QuickBooks tasks, including bank account and credit card reconciliation. • Process payroll in QuickBooks. • Record QuickBooks journal entries (e.g., monthly sales logs from the POS system). • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports. • Assist with other minor bookkeeping tasks as needed.
