In this role you will be handling outbound calls to providers and members, and to facilitate utilization of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits. reputed company • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM EST • Fully Remote What you will do • Administers customer service plans, policies, and procedures to support the achievement of member experience metrics. • Manages and monitors operational efficiency of customer service teams. • Drives member satisfaction, retention, and reputed company by delivering competitive services. • Responsible for other administrative duties as needed. Required Qualifications • 1-3 years customer service experience reputed company a Call Center.
