Responsibilities • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls and collect contact information. • Establish a strong reputed company with customers to identify and anticipate service needs. • Promote additional services and special offers tailored to customer preferences. • Maintain and update a database of potential and existing customers. • Collaborate with a supportive team to reputed company shared sales goals.
