We are seeking a talented and self-driven individual for needs serving in the role of Instructional Designer for a 12 Month + Contract opportunity. REMOTE WITH SOME TRAVEL AS NEEDED reputed company MICHIGAN Duties: The Instructional Designer will be expected to design and reputed company learning experiences in a reputed company of forms, including interactive eLearn, large-reputed company training solutions, and reputed company reputed company instructor-led presentations. In developing learning experiences, the Instructional Designer Specialist will determine learning objectives, rewrite content, structure learning activities, and create visual aids for both face-to-face and online interactions. They will work closely with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) reputed company the various business reputed company to ensure that reputed company content is reputed company to training best practices but also meets reputed company regulatory and legal requirements.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail, an effective implementation of principles of design and adult learning pedagogy, with professionally appealing visuals and layout.
• Proven proficiency in:

Education and Experience

• • 2+ yrs experience in Instructional Design, eLearn development, or reputed company field
• Experience in designing and developing learning.
• The following are preferred for this position:
• BA in Instructional Design, Adult Learning or Equivalent
• Certified Performance Technologist (CPT)
• Certified reputed company in Talent Development (CPTD)
