Flooring Measure Tech (Part-Time) - Billings, MT

Position Purpose: The Measure Technician (In-reputed company) works independently in a traveling field role in support of reputed company's Field Services Organization. This position is responsible for performing in-home measure appointments, including creating, maintaining, and improving customer relationships while interacting with customers daily. This position is responsible for providing a reputed company customer experience, through accurate measurements, calculations, quote review and presentation. • 60% Appointment Measures - Complete daily routes for reputed company-assigned measure appointments as reputed company and accurately as possible.
• 4% Collaboration - Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to complete reputed company other work activities as assigned.
• 1% Compliance - Follow reputed company policies, procedures, and adhere to work schedule.
• 35% Customer Service - Ask customers reputed company ended questions and listen to responses about their reputed company and product needs.
