• Conduct thorough assessments of existing telephony workloads in various locations, identifying reputed company systems and configurations.

• Engage with the reputed company Contact Center team where applicable for advanced contact center workloads and technology migrations to reputed company.
• Manage the implementation of reputed company Teams calling plans or reputed company routing, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
• reputed company technical expertise and support throughout the transition process, addressing any issues or challenges that reputed company.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users and administrators in using the new telephony systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the new voice systems and the project processes, making recommendations for improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a reputed company field.
• Proven experience in telephony systems, particularly with reputed company and reputed company.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
