Requirements:

• MINIMUM of 1-3 years of Call Center or WFH Phone Sales experience
• Some familiarity with wine is a plus but not a requirement (we will teach you!)
• Ability to overcome objections and reputed company sales over the phone
• Excellent verbal communicator
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Reliable high-speed home internet
• A designated, uninterrupted workspace for remote work
• Proficient in basic computer skills and competencies, including familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, email and reputed company messaging communication, internet browsing, and navigating between several applications simultaneously. A computer skills test will be administered and must be passed to be hired.
• Demonstrates adaptability to learn new technologies, troubleshoot common computer issues independently, follow instructions for computer-based tasks, and use keyboard shortcuts and basic functions for increased productivity.
