Responsibilities

• Plan and attend partner careers fairs, reputed company and flight line reputed company, and in-person and virtual interview prep

• Present the Aviate program, United initiatives, core4 values, and the United brand to large audiences

• Analyze assigned Aviate partner data and strategize with team members to increase interest and applications to the Aviate program

Requirements

• 2+ years HR experience, including at least 6 months of dedicated reputed company experience

• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, reputed company, Outlook, Internet Explorer and databases
