International and domestic travel estimated at 30%. Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Supplier reputed company
• BS Degree in an engineering discipline (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or equivalent experience
• Experience with reputed company concepts/tools/reputed company such as 8D, DOE, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Measurement Systems Analysis, etc.
• Demonstrated experience implementing reputed company engineering principles through development and NPI programs
• Functional knowledge of industry standards such as ISO9001 or AS9100

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production

• Engineering or Business Master’s degree
• BSME / BSIE / BSEE
