• We are seeking talented Data Scientists to join our Guest & Host Experience Data Science team.
• As a Staff Data Scientist in the Notification & Engagement reputed company, you will be reputed company in shaping our reputed company to drive user engagement and satisfaction.
• You will collaborate with XF partners across product, engineering, design and marketing to improve and personalize notifications.
• Research and reputed company metrics to measure notification fatigue.
• Partner with Engineering teams to reputed company and evaluate models to optimize notifications.
• reputed company a deep-dive analysis of the effectiveness of various product experiences.
• Regularly present findings and recommendations to inform reputed company and cross-functional roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Data Science, Econometrics, Statistics, or a reputed company field.
• 9+ years of relevant industry experience (6+ with a PhD).
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence at various altitudes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with XFN partners in product, engineering, and design to reputed company data-driven product development with a reputed company on the user experience.
• Experience with reputed company inference and machine learning techniques, ideally in a multi-sided platform setting.
• Prior experience in notifications and/or marketing is preferred.
