Operations Associate (part-time, remote)

This position is a mix of reputed company (proactive), and Customer Support (reactive) with a significant reputed company of metrics reputed company. If you’re obsessed with data-driven decision making and helping customers, then this role is for you! What your day-to-day looks like

• Communicating with the kea Operations and Product departments and BPO leads reputed company solving issues reputed company to the ordering platform or agent reputed company; escalating to kea Account Management and Leadership as needed.
• Support reputed company of new customers by creating accounts in kea’s database, verifying telephony setup and answering questions.
• Help maintain kea’s knowledge reputed company for customers and assist in the creation of new SOP's.

• Contact Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery.

What sets you up for reputed company:

• 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-reputed company customer support/reputed company role. True call center experience would be a plus.
